Summary/Abstract: Scheduling projects with a significant role of human resource, requires consideration of the uncertainty associated with the execution of actions by individual employees characterized by a different experience and competence. This paper examines the resourceconstrained project scheduling problem, taking into account the uncertainty associated with the human resources using fuzzy characteristics of competence. The model, proposed by the authors in 2010, was analyzed to investigate the sensitivity to the use of different types of fuzzy numbers and their comparison of various approaches.
