Summary/Abstract: The aim of the research was to examine the presence and frequency of political will, political skills and political behavior among employees in Bosnia and Herzegovina, their perception of organizational political behavior and connection between these constructs and job satisfaction as an outcome variable. A six-test battery was delivered to the respondents through various social networks and direct e-mail addresses. Throughout the structural modeling and modification indexes has been achieved statistical consistency with expected data for the following questionnaires: Impression management, Political Skill, Political Will and questionnaire of Perception of organizational politics. The results of multiple regression analysis indicate that approximately 18% of the variability of political behavior is explained by three predictors: political will, political skills and perception of organizational politics. The political will has been confirmed as the only significant predictor of political behavior. A statistically significant negative correlation between the perception of organizational policy and job satisfaction as a result, and a statistically significant positive correlation between job satisfaction and political skills was also confirmed. All results are consistent with the results of previous research.
