From "The Unfulfilled Professionally Graduate" to the Labour Office as a Mechanizm of the Neo-liberal Policy

Summary/Abstract: This article aims to challenge the institutional support for achieving employment, to which a large number of people without a job, including young people with higher education, think they cannot rely on or find it ineffective. This has led to the question of the "nature" of these modern institutions and the function they perform today. For the purposes of this analysis and for finding an answer of this question the theory of neoliberal management of Michel Foucault and the performative logic of the naming acts proposed by Deyan Deyanov will be used.
