Summary/Abstract: In 1993, the Faculty of Cognitive and Parapsychological Sciences was set up at the initiative of the rector of that time (of the Ecological University of Bucharest), univ. prof. dr. eng. Dolphi Drimer and at the suggestion of the late engineer Valeriu Popa. From 1995 to 1999, until the termination of this faculty, I participated as associate professor, head of the "Psychhotronic" department, in its development. As a representative of the Presidency of Romania (advisor for science, research, technology), I supported the faculty self-evaluation report within the C.N.E.A.A.
