Summary/Abstract: ndifference is said to kill! Probably those who spoke these words felt like a truth of life, a truth that the “Ion Basgan” Foundation (founded in 1998) would know. On 14.11.2012 the Foundation “Ion Basgan” proposed to the management of the Romanian Cultural Institute (ICR), within a cultural project, to promote at the level of the ICR branches in the country and abroad, the personalities of the Romanian science and technology.
