Summary/Abstract: The most important resource used in the production of health services in hospitals is the employees who make up the workforce. Therefore, the improvement of the health services offered in hospitals is largely dependent on the hospital staff. The importance of employee satisfaction in terms of hospitals has led to the concept of employee satisfaction being subject to many studies. It is a project that provides financing, establishment and operation of public hospitals with public-private partnership model. In this context, the study aims to determine the level of satisfaction of employees in a city hospital in Turkey, at the same time comparing the level of satisfaction with working in the hospital they work with in the city hospital, to determine the opinions and proposals on the transformation of employees of the State and Special Branch Hospitals affiliated to the Ministry of Health into City Hospitals. As a result of the study, the employees; the new, spacious and comfortable building in the city hospital, clean and hygienic conditions etc. they are pleased with the issues; increase in workloads, difficulties in intra-hospital transportation, reduction of circulating capitals, deficiencies in the importance given to the employees and feeling the employees themselves worthless, the management of the problem of double-headed issues etc. in the subject of dissatisfaction is revealed.
