Experience in developed countries with adaptation to local market conditions can be a good input to develop this form of cooperation - a contractual relationship between two parties where the business format is the subject of the business relationship. The aim of this research is to present experience of Franchisor and Franchisee in Bosnia and Herzegovina and identify necessary improvements in franchise implementation process in economic life. The research method used is semi-structured interview. Result shows that it is necessary to provide adequate administrative and legal assistance by the relevant institutions for faster development of franchising and to make it one of the factors which can contribute to economic development. Therefore, it must be considered all the benefits and effects that bring entrepreneurial engagement with adequate institutional support, because they are important effects: to encourage the entrepreneurial spirit and easier to make business decisions; to engage the active labour population with quality entrepreneurial ideas and that has no chance to start-up as self-employed; to associate companies and the exchange of knowledge and experience.
