Summary/Abstract: The dynamic evolution of the phenomenon of warfare from its classical-conventional physiognomy to a predominantly unconventional one, manifested in extreme environments (cyberspace, electromagnetic environment, informational environment, CBRN environment, human psyche) today and in the predictable future, is the consequence of the continuous adaptation to the complexity of today’s challenges to humanity. These challenges are expressed and established in the literature by the terms: hazards, risks, threats, vulnerabilities.
