Summary/Abstract: The increase in interest in the issues related to the employee's value in the organization observed in recent years, both in terms of employee value for the organization and the value that the organization should create for them in order to motivate employees to improve the quality of work and create effective relationships with them. The paradigm of values is now an important concept in management sciences, considered the main source of achieving market effects. Recognizing employees as the basic capital of the organization, their loyalty, in accordance with the company's comprehensive theory of management in all types of organizations, is treated as one of the most important resources shaping the competitive advantage of entities operating on the market.
