Summary/Abstract: The overall social crisis has farced the Yugoslav political bureaucracy to think of certain changes in the political as well as economic system, but only to the extent within which its interests would not be endangered. One of this officially supported changes is the introduction of the limited market of labour, i.e. the liberalization dismissal of the employed due to technological surplus and inactivity.
