Summary/Abstract: The objective of this study is to determine whether the interests and requirements of the TNP personnel who work in the special vocational fields are matched. The present study is based on the foundations of Holland’s Personnel Career Theory (PCT). A cross sectional research methodology is used to analyze the collected data. According to the findings: Only the “investigative dimension” among the other factors suggested in the theory is found statistically significant with regression model for the TNP vocational branches. Also in this study, risk coefficients of vocational interest have been identified. In accordance with these coefficients, a model has been developed that can be taken as a reference for units to be branches.
