Summary/Abstract: Employee wages in the evaluation of organizational justice are increasingly important in today's conditions. Employees who believe that they have received a fair wage within the company they work in also change their perspective on their employers and businesses. A wage management with inequality also changes the perceptions of employees' justice. The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between wage and organizational justice perceptions of employees in auto industry enterprises. The perceptions of justice of the employees of Zonguldak auto industry were evaluated with the help of SPSS 25.0 statistical program in the light of the data collected through questionnaires in terms of their socio-demographic characteristics. In the study, it was concluded that there was a positive relationship between the perceptions of wage and organizational justice of the employees and the number of marital status and number of children.
