Summary/Abstract: This paper indicates the opportunities for the agricultural multifunctional development and the rural areas, the creation of new jobs, both in agriculture and in other sectors. Plans for rural areas should pay particular attention to rural employment and diversification of production as well as development of other non-agricultural functions in the rural areas.
