Summary/Abstract: The paper deals with disciplinary responsibility of workers as one of the most important institutes in the field of labor relations. The author gives the explanation of the term, the basic characteristics and conditions of disciplinary responsibility. Special attention is given to the system of disciplinary sanctions, as well as the process of determining the employee's responsibility for the violation of labor discipline.
