Summary/Abstract: The paper deals theoretical with the field of the conceptual relationship between security culture and security management, but also wider than that. The security culture in the organization is a set of values, norms, beliefs, and rules of security behavior that are common to members of the organization. It must be accepted by all employees, and especially by the management of the organization. In fact, the top management is in charge to implement these norms (security culture), as well as for the functioning of security management.Security management in its functioning should influence on the prevention of emergencies and the manifestation of threats. It is important to point out that the security culture is an indispensable tool in the functioning and realization of the aspirations of security management.
