Summary/Abstract: During the execution of criminal sanctions may occur expressed violation of basic human rights. Persons subject to criminal sanctions, detention and other measures shall retain all rights and deprived of his rights or restricting the rights only to the extent necessary for the purpose for which they are imposed, in accordance with the law and international treaties. The aim of all international and national laws to regulate and set standards for the treatment of persons deprived of their liberty in a way to protect their dignity and basic human rights. Persons deprived of their liberty shall retain all rights that are not lawfully taken away and for them to be required to apply only the minimum constraints.
