The Closed Ring of the British Membership in European Union

Summary/Abstract: This paper is focused on the United Kingdom decision of exiting fromthe European Union. The result of the British referendum was unexpected and intrigued both the political class and the ordinary people. The conservatives had to step away and the labours took the power. Therefore, this research study is analysing the short history of the British in the EU, a predominant euro scepticone, from 1973 till 2016, highlighting the mere will of them to get out from a“federal” and “supranational” construction that did not characterized the traditional Britons. Another aspect we are trying to analyse in this paper is to find answers to a simple question: how did it come to this?
