Summary/Abstract: The paper present the subject of using the different kinds of indicators which allow to describe quantitatively and to compare local governments performance in the area of public service delivery. Introduction of service standards, activate benchmarking practices and organizational learning process connected with using performance indicators by local public administration are presented.
