Division of duties among distributors during the process of concluding an insurance contract. Documenting the fulfillment of statutory obligations related to insurance distribution

Summary/Abstract: The article describes the issue of admissibility of cooperation between insurance distributors (insurance brokers, insurance agents and insurance companies) and sets out the basic principles thereof in accordance with the provisions of the Polish Insurance Distribution Act. The author of the article also points out the necessity and principles of keeping documentation by distributors to perform duties related to insurance distribution.
