ADMINISTRATIVE PROBLEMS FACED BY SCHOOL DIRECTORS

Summary/Abstract: Today, school administrators face very different problems in school management. It was excluded from the job descriptions expected by school administrators. School administrators, in addition to the school's administrative work, to cooperate with parents, to deal with the school's physical hardware, etc. They have to undertake many tasks other than administrative affairs. In the light of this information, the problem statement of this research There are various problems that school principals encounter in school management and these problems are determined as having a negative effect on the quality of our education system. The main purpose of this research is; to determine the main problems that school principals face in relation to teachers, parents and students in school administration. In this direction, it was aimed to determine the problems encountered by the school principals regarding the teachers, students and parents. In addition, the other purpose of the study is to determine the different problems that school principals face in school management.
