Summary/Abstract: The principle of the dissolution of marriage by administrative means meets certain derogations in some specific stringent cases such as physical or legal death of one of the two husbands, or the incidence of some voluntary reasons. With the loss of the civilian capacity, there was the possibility for that marriage to continue if the unaffected spouse consented to the perpetuity of the marriage act. Regarding the voluntary reasons that could determine the dissolution of marriage, these could have been repudiation or divorce.
