Summary/Abstract: The article covers the essential twenty – first – century demographic rural settlements and changes in the general population census basis. The article consists of four parts that deal with rural settlements and population change, represent them forecast. First part consist of rural settlements, analysis changes of settlements number period of 2001–2011 year, also gives a brief description of settlements without population phenomenon, the basis of 2011 settlement number; analyse the reasons of settlements changes. The second part analysis the rural population changes and them reasons. Third part analysis the gender changes of mans’ and woman’s in rural settlements, during analysed period. The fourth part outlook forecasts of rural settlements and population.
