Key Strategic Concepts For Development Of Innovation Processes

Summary/Abstract: Because of the diversity of economy conditions in certain areas of business, industrial branches or manufacturing enterprises, there cannot be a unique strategy for development of innovation processes. In the development of innovation activity different strategic conceptions are possible, that need not be conflicted, but each should have a meaning according to specific conditions of the type of activity, size and organizational structure of company. In this paper two conceptions of strategies have been analyzed: (1) strategy oriented towards the product, which starts from the basic role of technology, research and development in the company, and (2) strategy oriented towards the production and market, namely, towards the respect of customers needs. It can be said that the strategy for development of innovation processes is a part, one of the components of research and development strategy, of production strategy and market strategy.
