Summary/Abstract: This paper aims to address some theoretical and practical issues regarding the organization of the state, the state apparatus and the identification of European administrative models. It is clear that each state has its own organization and structure, but some administrative models have common features and that is why it is important to examine whether these models can be implemented in a standard way, as welldefined patterns.
