Summary/Abstract: The following text provides a historical, professional and personal reflection of when and where „Criminal Laws“ at the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University arose; how they in the course of time passed or failed (to pass) between „the rock and the hard place“ of theory and praxis, thus how they „went“ for the last one hundred years since the foundation of Masaryk University and the Faculty of Law, implicite its Department of Criminal Law, above all since the second half of the 20th century.
