Criminal Policy Aspects of Constitution for Europe and Reform Treaty of Lisbon

Summary/Abstract: Analysis of selected questions of intrastate criminal policy supports obviously relativ adequate and sufficient level first of all of the czech criminal legislation, which is one of source, condition and instrument of future criminal policy of the Czech Republic. Its harmonisation with nowadays and future european criminal policy can be without serious problems. Principle of the mutual inspiration between european criminal policy and intrastate criminal policy is hear applicable too.
