Summary/Abstract: The article entitled is about the problem of engagement in contemporary polish reportage. The author distinguised three types of engagement: affective-memorative, intervention-performative and ethical-political. The research material is the reportage of Ewa Winnicka Był sobie chłopczyk, a collection of Justyna Kopinska’s texts Polska odwraca oczy and multi-author collection entitled Obrażenia.
