Summary/Abstract: Scholarship about the link between narcissism and creativity, the cognitive processes and knowledge relevant to creativity in socialization, the role of regulatory focus in creative performance, and the psychological factors that best predict creative outcomes has increased and consolidated, especially in recent years. Thus, our aim in this paper is to examine the cognitive processes underlying creative performance, the negative attributes of creativity, the ubiquity of creative exemplar products in creative performance in organizations, and the effect of narcissism on evaluations of creativity.
