Summary/Abstract: The paper explores some dimensions of quality of life of older persons with disabilities in the Republic of Croatia. In a sample of 114 older persons with disabilities from different Croatian territory were examined variables related to quality of life of this population group - the ability to self-care and household maintenance, satisfaction with sources of support in everyday life, support in crisis situations, and satisfaction with current life. By applying semi-structured questionnaire and by using descriptive statistics, t-test, chi-square test and correlation analysis were obtained results that indicate differences in the perception of quality of life due to age and sex, place of residence, and nearly 2/3 of respondents their quality of life not assessed as satisfactory. Through a series of other indicators identified in the paper refers to the actual situation in terms of quality of life of the study population and to provide suggestions to change the unsatisfactory situation that are intended primarily social policy-makers and stakeholders in the provision of social services to the public and civil sector.
