Romanian Engineers: An Encyclopedic Dictionary

Summary/Abstract: The review presents the second and third volumes of the series entitled Ingineri români: dicționar enciclopedic (Romanian Engineers: An Encyclopedic Dictionary)published by the Romanian Academy of Sciences, at the initiative of late Academician Gleb Drăgan. Up until 2019, the authors of the series have managed to bring to the public attention 664 Romanian engineers (out of which24 female engineers) who have made significant contributions to the field, to the development of Romanian industry and/or to Romanian engineering education.
