Summary/Abstract: The report describes the long-term cooperation between Charles University’s Faculty of Arts and the University of Tampere. It considers both its beginnings, focused on the teaching of Czech language within Russian Studies, and the last decade of cooperation, when the programme of Czech Language, Culture and Literature became an integral part of Tampere University’s curriculum. Finnish students, from various fields of studies, as well as exchange students from European and non-European countries have enrolled in the Czech programme. The programme is funded from two sources: the Erasmus+ program and the inter-faculty agreement.
