Factual and Legal Grounds for Issue of Individual Administrative Acts

Summary/Abstract: The article is dedicated to the factual and legal grounds (motives) for issuing of individual administrative acts which are compulsory requirement of the current legislation. More specifically the attention is drawn to the importance of the motives, the possibility to lay them down after the issue of the act and the consequences for the appealing person in case the motives are laid down subsequently.
