Summary/Abstract: The paper deals with the reflection of the Second South Slavic influence in four hagiographic texts included in the March volume of the Great Reading Menaia of Metropolitan Makary according to the copy of the Cathedral of the Dormition (Uspenskii sobor): The torment of Vasilisk, The forty Martyrs of Sebaste, The life of Еuthymius of Novgorod and The life of Macarius Kalyazinkii. As a result of the analysis eighteen distinctive graphical and orthographical patterns of the Second South Slavic influence have been traced. It is concluded that many of them are well represented in the texts examined.
