FIGURATIVE WORLD OF FOLKLORE TRANSLATIONS

Summary/Abstract: The article is devoted to the philosophical foundations of the folk motives of ritual reincarnation. Its genesis is connected with the archaic layers of the mythological consciousness. Analyzing the system of traditional carnival images of Ukrainians, the author marked the important role of the mask as an instrument of ceremonial reincarnations. The aim of the study is due to the need for a detailed study of the philosophical founda-tions of the folklore ritual reincarnation motive. In the presented article the author use to popularize unique ritual complex of the traditional cultural heritage that disappears in modern timed, because of the globalization processes. The methodology of the research is based on the mixed methods principle, that included observation and the comparative, historical, comparative methods.
