Summary/Abstract: Competitiveness, which emphasizes the revision with the effect of globalization, is one of the means of dynamic, systematic development, growth, progress and enrichment of the city. Most countries have used competitive projects to ensure development, economic vitality and prosperity in countries and cities. The studies and researches on competitiveness have also served the development of the structures, concepts and elements of competitiveness. The issue of competitiveness within the framework of urban transformation contributes to the development of competitiveness perspective by addressing private economic zones, clustering in cities, regional, urban and inter-city competition, creative and learning cities and competitiveness.
