Summary/Abstract: Purpose of Article. The research studies the representation of the electronic library against the backdrop of the information society as the focus of the recent data. The last one is related to the specific functioning of the electronic library, the structural part of which is the information model named “Ukrainian Bibliography in Personalities.” Methodology. The methodology of the research consists in the use of comparative and historicallogical methods. This methodological approach allows to disclose and analyze certain models of information within the issue of the anthropological component in the social relations provided by libraries. Scientific novelty of the work consists in the analysis of modern online bibliographic resources and databases showed their sputtering, dissimilarity of the information level and capacity. Conclusions. Creation of the electronic biographic resource provides the development of an improved scheme for the integrated personal presentation of information about a bibliographer, where the main interrelated blocks of the upper hierarchical level of biographical data are submitted in the form of the electronic library, multimedia resources, thesaurus.
