ELECTRONIC LIBRARY IN THE CONTEXT OF THE INFORMATION MODEL «UKRAINIAN BIBLIOGRAPHY IN SPECIALS»

Summary/Abstract: Purpose of Article. The study is a consideration of the representation of the electronic library against the backdrop of the information society as the focus of recent data. The latter is related to the specific functioning of the electronic library, the structural part of which is the information model «Ukrainian Bibliography in Persons». Мethodology. The research methodology consists in the use of comparative, historical-logical methods. The mentioned methodological approach allows us to disclose and analyze specific models of information about the anthropological component in the social relations provided by libraries. Scientific novelty of the work consists in examining the specifics of the existence of bibliographic data, which are continually evolving, encompassing the list of publications identified and recommended by the compilers of UNBA and other correspondents, both old and new.
