Summary/Abstract: The National Education Law was recently amended. In the legislative act, new articles were introduced, which aim to stop the phenomenon of bullying, by preventing and combating it. Specifically, the law stipulates that “in the educational units and in all the spaces destined for education and training are prohibited the behaviours that consist of the psychological violence - bullying”. Both the victim of the bullying and the aggressor will necessarily participate in psychological counselling. For the time being, however, the law enforcement rules remain, which will clearly specify what steps teachers need to take to stop the phenomenon but also what bully people should do. Teachers and educators will participate in information sessions and training courses related to the effects of psychological violence (bullying) and how it can be prevented and combated.
