The assessment of the innovative architecture of Poznañ and the growth of attractiveness of the city

Summary/Abstract: Attractiveness of a city is an important factor in creating its competitiveness and image. Architecture that expresses one city’s history, culture and identity has an impact on city’s attractiveness. Modern and innovative buildings contribute to high quality of life and create functional and aesthetical spaces. This thesis presents the impact of innovative architecture on Poznañ’s attractiveness evaluated by the inhabitants of the agglomeration and the values of selected new architectural objects of the City. These new facilities were assessed on a variety of functions.
