Summary/Abstract: The greenhouse effect caused by the emission of greenhouse gases affects the emerging climate change and at the same time is one of the reasons for the increasing number of extreme events on the ground. Also in Poland there is a noticeable change in the number of phenomena such as heavy rain, heavy snow, strong winds and fires caused by lightning. Studies in the Warmia and Mazury showed that the space exposed to the occurrence of extreme weather events have converged set of spatial features. With the knowledge of these conditions, you can adjust the catalogue of adaptation measures that should be applied in activities that shape the village.
