TERMINOLOGICAL DISCUSSIONS IN THE CONTEXT OF CREATION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SINGLE PUBLIC SYSTEM OF BUSINESS (1960-1970-TH RR.)

Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the article. Analysis of terminological discussions in the context of the introduction of the Unified State System of record management. The methodology of the research is to apply a descriptive method based on the opposition and the adoption of internal interpretation, which allowed to identify the peculiarities of terminological discussions in the context of the introduction of the Unified State System of record management. Scientific novelty of the work consists in the author's desire to reveal the main directions of terminological activity, caused by the introduction of the Unified State System of record management. Conclusions. The study of terminological discussions in the context of the introduction of the Unified State System of record management will help to clarify the peculiarities of unification and standardization of terminology and the search for optimal methods for rationalizing office work in Soviet times.
