THE LEGISLATIVE ENVIRONMENT OF MANAGERIAL INFORMATION RECORDS IN LOCAL GOVERNMENT AUTHORITIES IN UKRAINE

Summary/Abstract: Purpose of the Article. To study the legislation of Ukraine in the field of providing local governments authorities with the full volume of regulatory documents that regulate the managerial information records, in particular, work with informative-analytical documents. The methodology of the research is based on the use of the argumentation method and the elementary-theoretical method. The named methods help to study the essence of the studied subject and to argue the author’s position on the outlined topic. The scientific novelty of the work consists in a systematic approach to the study of the regulatory and legal framework for managerial information records of local government authorities, the comprehensive study of all regulatory and legal acts that are used by employees of the city government to work with documents.
