CHANGES IN THE ROMANIAN ARMED FORCES LOGISTICS ON THE BACKGROUND OF EU INTEGRATION

Summary/Abstract: Globalization was and still is, at the same time, a process and a state of fact. It was and still is a process because it presents quantitative and qualitative transformations, and it was and still is a state of fact because it allowed and allows comparisons between its constitutive elements on different moments inits life cycle. Beyond its political reasons, globalization could be justified by two major evolutionary components: technology and exchange markets. Hence, it is understandable why globalization did and does not produce the same levels of satisfaction, as neither the scientific and technical knowledge is uniform.
