Summary/Abstract: Children’s social skills increase significantly from the beginning of preschool years, thanks to social stimuli stemming from new peer relationships and interactions with preschool teachers. During the weekdays also there are several situations where intervention by children is required in the form of prosocial behavior (helping, comforting, sharing). The main purpose of the research was to assess children’s interactions with peers and reactions to their problematic situations. As a result of the research, we found that prosocial behaviors appear in a low ratio in all social situations and helping is the most typical intervention.
