Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the article is to analyze the requirements for the arrangement of various types of restaurant establishments, taking into account the provision of cultural and leisure needs, in particular on the basis of the latest regulatory documents in the sphere of restaurant service in Ukraine. Methodology. The research is based on the general scientific interdisciplinary methodology, which is based on the fundamental principles of management, culturology, design and other sciences. Common scientific methods are used: analysis, synthesis, generalization, classification and sub.
