Summing up the policy: political annuals as a genre

Summary/Abstract: The article reveals political publications with small periodicity (annuals and others). It is stated that there is a gap between theoretical and empiric collectors in Belarusian political science. The author gives generalized approaches to collect foreign annuals on the development of political system on national level. He also analyzes the form and contents of publications on the review of political life in Belarus beginning from the period of one year.
