Summary/Abstract: The last years of twentieth and the first years of twenty-first century brought considerable progress in medicine, technology methods being applied in many of its branches, particularly in regard to prenatal diagnosis. However, the field of human reproduction has experienced extraordinary advances that have led logically to the introduction of legal instruments which have authorized some human reproductive control methods, which resulted in the emergence of new hypotheses concerning civil liability.
