Summary/Abstract: By this study we will try to present the precautionary principle regulated in General food law by defining the principle, presenting a short history of it and two important cases law. In our opinion, it`s very important to know all those principles established in Regulation 178/2002 because it`s crucial for our safety and for our security to know that in case of danger, authorities will fight for us.
