Health care and self-awareness of worker as capital for individuals, companies and society

Summary/Abstract: In this article I present selected issues concerning the health of workers and the selfawareness of the importance of health and care in building both individual units career capital and human capital in the organization. I describe some problems for the contemporary labor market and their impact on the health condition of the population. I emphasize the importance of skills development for health self-awareness in the process of career counseling and human resource management in the organization.
