SPECIFICITIES OF THE CONTROL OF GENERAL LABOUR INSPECTORATE EXECUTIVE AGENCY IN THE CONTEXT OF THE GUARANTEES FOR PAYMENT OF THE LABOUR REMUNERATION

Summary/Abstract: The scientific research examines the control, performed by the Labour Inspectorate Executive Agency, related to the payment of labour remunerations. The problems are examined in the context of the latest legislative decisions, aiming the creation of complex guarantees for protection of the right of labour remuneration. In this connection the authors make classification of the subjects, engaged with the payment of labour remuneration and examine the undertaken measures, with accent on the specificities of the control activity, performed by the Labour Inspectorate Executive Agency. Conclusions and suggestions on the application of the norms are made on the basis of the analysis.
